Get to know your Sonobowl.

Move the silicone mallet around the outer rim with steady, medium pressure – like stirring a cup. Start slowly. Once the tone builds, keep the speed and pressure constant and the sound will grow. It often takes 20–30 seconds to build – that's completely normal.

Meditation, relaxation, yoga, sound baths, winding down before bed, or simply as a small pause in your day. Many people also use them to clear the energy of a room.

Wipe it with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh cleaners or abrasives – the frosted surface is delicate. Fingerprints come off with lukewarm water and a drop of mild dish soap.

Our Sonobowls are frosted crystal singing bowls made from high-purity quartz crystal. The clear, overtone-rich sound comes from the purity of the material. Each bowl is tuned to a specific root note.

Crystal bowls are fragile. Always use the original packaging or the included padded carrying bag. Avoid hard impacts, drops and sudden temperature changes.

As often as you like. Even 5–10 minutes a day can noticeably calm you. There is no right or wrong – trust your feeling.

The sound is affected by the surface, temperature, room and your stroke. Try different bases (cushion, palm) and mallet positions – you'll discover all the facets of your bowl.
